Based on the early P90 recipe. Wound on a vintage 1960s winding machine with a same turn/layer number like in the 50’s. Both pickup have a strong character. no meter what, this set can handle almost every music, every situation. These pickups have a charm of the single coil and the power of the humbucker.
The set is perfectly equaled, so no need to raise up the bridge pickup too high or sink to the bottom the neck pickup to make the pickups’ volume to the same.
With keeping to use the time period correct materials the neck and the bridge pickup has 2 different type magnets, makes the the neck pickup less nasal and more charmy and the bridge pickup has more bass and “bite”.
